The consulting arm of G.B.I GROUP provided Arabic to English and English to Arabic translating and interpretation services to the 3rd CHWs Global Symposium, 2023 at the EJS Ministerial Complex. The conference brought about 700 delegates from diverse professional backgrounds and more than 45 participating countries and representatives of international organizations such as USAID, the Global Fund, UNICEF, the Word Health Organizations ( WHO), the World Bank, the African Union and others.
On the 9th of March, 2023, Our CEO, Dr Mory Sumaworo, shared the stage with some Liberian civil society activists and entrepreneurs at the American Embassy near Monrovia to discuss peace, democracy and sustainable development. This program was organized by the Liberia Youth Foundation. In the end, he was awarded with “ the Liberia Change Maker Award”.
Dr. Mory Sumaworo, our CEO and a founding member of the Liberia Chamber of Mines, recently participated in the organization’s first anniversary celebration. The event brought together a range of stakeholders, including the Minister of Mines and Energy, numerous diplomatic missions, and representatives from various mining companies.
During the event, the Global Business Initiative (GBI) was certified, marking an important milestone for the organization. As a key player in the Liberian mining industry, Dr. Sumaworo was honored to be a part of this important occasion and looks forward to continuing to support the Chamber of Mines and the GBI in their efforts to promote sustainable mining practices in Liberia.
G.B.I GROUP is multisectoral-business registered in Liberia. It was initially established as Global Business Incorporated in 2013.
