MORY SUMAWORO (Ph.D.) is a Liberian entrepreneur, author, and academic. He has experience of more than 10 years as an entrepreneur and  a bilingual academic (Arabic and English), consultant and trainer and business strategist. Dr. Sumaworo is a Liberian educator lecturing at Cottington University Graduate School of Global Affairs and Policy and AME University Graduate School of Foreign Service Leadership respectively and, the president of Heritage Schools Union of Liberia supervising over 25 schools. He also serves as a lecturer at Foreign Service Institute, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Liberia. Dr. Sumaworo is the author of Mediation of Industrial Disputes in Liberia (Book) plus a number of academic publications in peer reviewed journals and periodicals with focus on development, entrepreneurial and legal subjects. He has participated and presented papers in quite a number of local and international conferences such as  2nd Annual Manipal University Dubai Entrepreneurship Research Conference, where he presented on the Youth Entrepreneurship in Africa. 

A Business Developer and Organizational strategist:

Dr. Sumaworo has been offering consulting services to businesses and NGOs working in development and humanitarian areas. He previously served as the main business consultant and strategist for Easy Oil and Gas Ltd http://easyoilandgas.com/ and now as its Board Chair. Also,  Dr. Sumaworo serves as a consultant for Hamak Gold Limited (LSE:HAMA) listed under London Stock Exchange https://hamakgold.com/ .

Academic Awards and other Recognitions:

Dr. Sumaworo received several certificates of recognitions as a professional and entrepreneur. In 2008, he won a research award in the UAE, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Award for Science and Culture. The best researcher award winner in research competition among Universities students in the Emirates of Madina in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He had also been recognized by Liberian Youth Foundation for his entrepreneurial role in young people. The University of Liberia Muslims Students Association offered him a certificate of recognition. The Emerging Leaders Boot Camp honored and certificated Dr Sumaworo for his role in creating leadership and entrepreneurial spirit in young people. Dr. Sumaworo fluently speaks and academically and professionally writes Arabic and English languages. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Islamic University in Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a focus on Comparative Figh Jurisprudence, a Master’s degree in Comparative Laws (MCL) from International Islamic University, Malaysia, a Ph.D. in Law with emphasis in Comparative Industrial Relations Law and ADR from International Islamic University Malaysia and several professional certificates.
